In the event that you decide that you no longer want SUMMER BORN to hold your Personal Information, you may notify us in writing of your desire for us to delete your Personal Information on record. We will use our best endeavours and comply with all legal requirements within a reasonable timeframe to delete your Personal Information unless we are required by law to retain such information.

 

Additionally, if you are a European resident, we note that we are processing your information in order to fulfil contracts we might have with you (for example, if you make an order through the Site) or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above. Please note that your information will be transferred outside of Europe, including to Canada and the United States.

Links from our Online Platforms or via our Services to third-party services that we do not operate or control are provided for your convenience. We are not responsible for the privacy or security practices of services that are not covered by this Privacy Policy. DO NOT TRACK

Please note that we do not alter our Site’s data collection and use practices when we see a Do Not Track signal from your browser.

 

DATA RETENTION 

When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

 

CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

To purchase products through the Site, users must be at least 18 years old. The Services are not directed to children under 16 years of age, and SUMMER BORN does not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under 16 years of age. If you learn that your child has provided us with Personal Information without your consent, you may alert us at customercare@summerbornlabel.com. Upon learning that we have collected Personal Information from children under 16 years of age, we will promptly delete that information and terminate the child’s account.
