All orders are generally dispatched within 3 days of being placed. Please note that online orders are not processed over weekends or public holidays.

During Sale and Christmas periods, please allow up to 5 days for your order to be processed due to high volume orders and potential shipping delays during holiday periods.

You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Please note SUMMER BORN is not responsible for any delays caused by couriers. These may happen occasionally and can occur in peak volume periods. 

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All international orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse in Australia. We offer two shipping methods: standard and express, and shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination zone and the weight of the package.

Shipping times may vary, but we work hard to get your order as quickly as possible. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to shipping restrictions. Customer service will notify you if this cancellation occurs. 

Suppose a parcel is not claimed/refused by the receiver. In that case, the parcel will be destroyed and abandoned by authorities in the receiver's country. Consequently, there will be no refunds for parcels that are not claimed or refused. Alternatively, suppose our team are able to return your parcel. Any return costs will be the customer's responsibility and will be deducted from the refund total.

 

AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING

DUTIES & TAXES

Prices displayed on our website do not include import taxes and duties. SUMMER BORN is not responsible for any import duties payable.

Currently, all international orders are shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis, which means you are responsible for payment of import duties to your country. This charge is determined by your local customs authority. In the USA, the tax-free import threshold is USD$800. While in the UK, imports value up to £135 are tax-free.

ORDER INFORMATION

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a purchase receipt via email. We will also send you a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped. The confirmation will contain a tracking number that can be used to track your order. Contact us immediately if you have not received your order confirmation or shipping confirmation emails within 72 hours of purchase. Your order confirmation will be sent on the next business day if you purchase over public holidays or weekends.

 

FRAUDULENT ORDERS

Suppose we have reasonable grounds to believe that your order is fraudulent. In that case, we may cancel it or place a temporary hold. When this occurs, we will attempt to contact you via email and may ask for further identification proof. If we cannot contact you or the information provided does not meet our minimum requirements, we may cancel your order without any liability.

 

CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER

If you require changes to your order, including address details and sizing, please contact us immediately to ensure modifications can be applied. If your purchase has been shipped, no changes can be made to your order.
